Cancellation Policy
At Styled by Shanna, I value your time and mine. To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
No-Shows
• If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 50% will be charged.
• After 2–3 no-shows, I may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other guests.
• In some cases, a late arrival may be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
Exceptions
I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
